The bike showed up packed really well, and putting it together was mostly simple. I was in a decent mood when I started, though I got a little frustrated trying to get the front wheel and brakes lined up right. It took me a bit, but nothing too crazy. The manual could definitely be clearer in a few places, but overall I’m happy with it so far.

I’ve bought bike accessories before where I assumed everything would fit, so this time I was a bit more careful. There are plenty of options here, and most of what I needed worked fine for my bike. I did have to double-check the rack compatibility before ordering, though. Not a big issue, but I wish the fit info was a little clearer...

Seat’s comfy, bike fits me well. Took a bit of tweaking at first, but now it feels just right.

Pretty happy with this bike overall. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, setup was a bit fiddly, but once I got it together it felt solid on the road. For the price, I think it’s a good deal, I’d buy it again.

I was a little worried the controls on my Ride1Up would take some getting used to, but they were straightforward right away. After about five minutes, I felt comfortable with the buttons, and switching assist levels while riding feels natural instead of distracting.
The display is easy to read in the sun and doesn’t overwhelm me with a bunch of extra info. It just shows the stuff I actually care about, like speed and battery, and that makes me feel more confident and relaxed when I’m out riding...

I had to reach out to ride1up for a warranty issue, and to their credit, they did eventually get it taken care of. The support team was polite enough, so I can’t really complain too much there. That said, the replies were slow at times, and I found myself explaining the same issue more than once, which got a little frustrating. The return instructions also could’ve been clearer. Overall, it worked out in the end, but I’m not totally sure I’d call the process smooth.

The range is solid overall, and I don’t really have any major complaints. That said, I was a little disappointed because I expected it to stand out more. It works fine, but it didn’t really impress me the way I hoped it would.

I needed a replacement brake lever for my Ride1Up bike, and I was relieved they had it listed on the site. I’m not the most handy person, and I tend to put this stuff off longer than I should, so being able to order the exact part without hunting around everywhere made things a lot easier. The price seemed fair too.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because shipping took a few extra days, and the tracking was a little confusing at first. Once it showed up, the part fit correctly and got me back riding, so overall I’d say it was a good experience.

But they got back to me quick, like quick quick, and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-and-paste response. After a couple emails, everything was sorted. I really, really appreciate support that’s easy to deal with. Overall, a good experience.

The payment went through quick, which was nice. The financing option was easy enough to understand too, and it didn’t really give me any trouble or make things weird

I was a little annoyed at the time because it arrived later than expected, but overall it was okay once it got here.

The bike itself rides well, so I don’t really have complaints there. The annoying part has been trying to fix things when something comes up. A few parts seem kind of specific, so it’s not as simple as just grabbing a replacement anywhere. I also reached out to support and had to wait a while, and it felt like nobody actually read what I sent because the reply didn’t really address my issue. Not a terrible experience overall, just more frustrating than I expected.

The bike arrived in good shape, and setting it up wasn’t too bad. I’ve been using it for commuting, and it rides nicely overall. It gets me where I need to go without any major problems.
The part I’m kind of confused about is how loud it is. The motor has this noticeable whining sound, which I wasn’t really expecting, and when I hit rougher roads there’s some rattling that seems like it’s coming from the fenders or maybe the rack. I keep checking to see if something is loose, but I can’t totally tell.

It’s not a dealbreaker, and I’m still riding it, but I guess I just thought it would feel a bit quieter and more solid. Good bike overall, just louder than I had in mind

I’ve been really happy with these. The lights are bright enough to make night rides feel a lot safer, and the brakes feel solid and reliable. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience and makes me more confident riding after dark.

I’ll be honest, I mostly went with Ride1Up because I thought the bikes looked really clean. The frame is simple, the colors are nice, and it’s not too flashy or anything. Mine actually looks even better in person, at least to me, and it doesn’t really scream “e-bike,” which I like. Overall, I’m happy with the style and design.

It rides well overall, and the folding part is fine for the most part. But carrying it up my stairs is kind of a pain, especially with how things are set up here. If you don’t have to lift it much, it’s probably not a big deal.

The bike has been a blast to ride, and I was happy with how easily the app connected at first. I love being able to check the battery and ride info right there, it makes everything feel a bit more convenient. That said, I do get a little annoyed when the Bluetooth takes a minute to catch up, especially when I just want to hop on and go. But then once it connects, I’m back to enjoying it again. Overall, the tech side works well enough and hasn’t really gotten in the way of the fun

I’ve been happy with this bike so far. It rides smoother than I thought it would and has plenty of power for hills (which was one of the main things I was worried about). The motor kicks in quickly, and it still feels stable when I’m going a bit faster. The brakes are strong too, which definitely gives me some extra confidence. I’m giving it 4 stars because the ride can feel a little stiff on rougher streets, and the gears needed a small adjustment after it arrived (nothing too serious). Overall though, it performs really well and I’m glad I got it.
